Central to the experience at The Joule is what amounts to a culinary destination with a variety of celebrated dining options featuring craft cocktails and beers, eclectic wines, artisanal comfort food and a coffee shop that has been described as “biscuit utopia.” They also serve afternoon tea in the TASCHEN Library.

The Art Collection

Art is an undeniable focal point of The Joule experience. Thought-provoking, carefully curated artwork surrounds you throughout the hotel’s public and private spaces. The mosaics tell a slightly different story about art at the hotel, one with twists and turns of near destruction and an investment in preservation.

Accommodations

Each of the 160 contemporary guest rooms and suites creates a unique experience. The 600-square-foot Premier room adds a little expanse to stretch out with comfortable in-room seating, Sferra linens and a minibar to indulge in local goodies. The large bathroom features double vanities, spa products and a large, blissful rainfall shower. The 465-square-foot Joule Suite is the perfect example of extra fluff without going over the top. The suite features a king-size bed, a pull-out sofa, executive desk area and oversized bathroom with a deep soaking tub, large rainfall shower and spa amenities. The Deluxe suites range from 750 to 1,000 square feet, with a king-size bed, a separate living room area, large bathroom with double vanity featuring a deep soaking tub and a large rainfall shower.
