Rates are per night and do not include tax or service charges. Rates above do not include tax or service charge in lieu of gratuities. A deposit of $100 is required to guarantee the room. If you are interested in adding a relaxing spa treatment to your stay, the French Manor recommends booking at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to ensure availability

Cancel with more than 2 weeks notice for a refund less $25.00 cancellation fee
Cancel with 2 weeks or less notice for a CREDIT held in your name for a year (not a refund to the credit card)
Cancel with less than 72 hours notice and forfeit the deposit

About the Inn:

Please note that the French Manor is not suitable for children under age 12. All the accommodations are non-smoking. If smoking is detected in your room or suite, The French Manor may charge a fumigation (cleaning) fee of $250.00.
