Payment and deposit
A 3-night deposit on a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation, the balance will be taken 56 days prior to arrival. There is no penalty fee if cancelation is made at least 57 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation / no show policy
If you cancel your stay 56 to 42 days prior to the arrival date, you will be charged 25% of the full amount. For cancellations between 41 to 28 days prior to arrival, 50% of the full amount will be charged, for cancellations between 13 to 7 days prior to arrival, 90% of the full amount will be charged. If you cancel 6 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the amount will be charged.
