Terms
Deposit Policy
Reservation must be confirmed with a valid major credit card to guarantee the reservation. There is a one-night room and tax deposit at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Individual reservations must be canceled 7 days prior to arrival or a penalty of the first-night room rate and tax will be retained by the hotel. Parrot Key Hotel & Villas does not extend refunds for a no-show or early check-out. A no-show or early check-out will result in forfeiture of the full deposit and revenue associated for entire stay. Reservations cannot be changed inside the 7-day travel window. A no-show, date change, or early check-out will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. Parrot Key Hotel & Villas encourages visitors to use travel insurance if a cancellation or reservation change will be a concern during their travel.
