Accommodations
The warm and inviting earth tones of the well-appointed guest suites welcome you to your home away from home—gently rejuvenating your soul. The wonderful bed linens are 100% cotton and the bathroom layouts are just right (with the spa suites featuring a walk-in shower). Larger spa suites are also spacious enough for single or couples massage treatments and feature a Jacuzzi and a private balcony where the sounds of nature will lull you to sleep. The comfort spa suite is conveniently located on the ground level and features a king-sized bed with a pillow-top mattress as well as extra-wide doors and pathways for mobility devices. These extraordinary rooms offer ultimate luxury, whether you are looking to celebrate a special occasion or treat someone you love. Named the honeymoon suite by guests, the garden spa suite is a place of rest where comfort and convenience come together in understated elegance. The nights spent here are unequivocally relaxing.

Terms
Reservations
No children under the age of 18 allowed. Reservations not pre-paid will require a fifty percent (50%) deposit of the total value within seven (7) working days of booking with the balance received no later than five days prior to arrival.
Failure to comply may result in the reservation being canceled and the deposit withheld by Northumberland Heights Wellness Retreat & SPA. Short notice reservations, i.e. less than seven (7) days prior to arrival date, are subject to full payment upon making the reservation. Payments are accepted via Visa and MasterCard credit cards or via direct bank deposit.
Cancellations
Room reservations are non-refundable. To request rescheduling kindly let us know at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. Any additional charges will be put through to the credit card on file. To re-schedule your visit, please contact your Vacayou Concierge team.
Guarantee Policy
Guest should be aware that 100% of the total reservation may be charged to the credit card at the time of booking. An additional amount of CAD $100 would be taken as a pre-authorization during check-in. This is adjustable against any charges incurred at the property during your stay. The balance would be credited back within 3 days of check-out.
No pets are permitted except for service animals with required documentation in the premises of Northumberland Heights Wellness Retreat & SPA. We are a non-smoking facility. Please refrain from smoking or a $250 room recovery charge will be applied.
