$50.00 for groups of 10 or less and $100.00 for groups of over 10. Pricing includes firewood, chocolate, marshmallows, graham crackers and chairs.
Yes, La Tourelle has designated rooms that are pet-friendly and some rooms that allow pets for an additional fee. Pets are not permitted in the fireplace rooms or suites.
Yes, they do provide shuttle service to and from the airport daily from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. with 24 hours advance notice.
Terms
Rates do not include 13% occupancy & state tax on the room portion of the rate or gratuities. Please tip spa, restaurant, and hotel staff appropriately. Rates are subject to change without notice. Peak season (summer) and popular dates (mostly weekends) will be higher.
- Check-in after 3:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM.
- Late Checkout - If available, one hour at most without late check-out fee; must check with front desk.
This hotel is 100% non-smoking. A $250.00 per occurrence smoking fee will be added if a guest smokes in the room. Guest must be over the age of 18 to check-in. Children under 17 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult. Cribs are available, subject to availability and fee. Rollaway cots are available, subject to availability and fee. Complimentary self-parking is available, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
A 72-hour notice is required for the cancellation of any reservation. Otherwise, a one-day room charge will apply. No shows are subject to the first night's rate plus taxes and fees. No show on advance purchase/non-refundable reservations are subject to the full amount agreed on the reservation.
Pet Policy:
Service animals are defined as an animal trained to do work or perform tasks, and to assist an individual with a disability. Service animals should remain on a leash or harness, and under the control of the owner at all times. Non-service animal pets are not allowed in all rooms -- request a pet-friendly room type if you’re bringing a furry companion. Most pet-friendly rooms have direct access to the outdoors featuring 70 acres of lawns, ponds, woods and trails via private decks and dog gates. There may be an additional fee.
If you drive an electric vehicle, there is no fee to use the Tesla charging station or Universal station at La Tourelle, but please let La Tourelle know if you’ll be charging up during your stay.
