Terms
Deposit
One night room and tax deposit required at time of reservation. Rates are for double occupancy. Extra adults are $20.00 per person, per day. No additional charge for children 17 and under. All king rooms have a pull-out sofa. Double queen rooms have an oversized chair. The resort has portable cribs but does not have roll-a-way beds.
Cancellation Policy
- 72-hour cancellation policy applies. Reservation must be canceled by 6 PM ET 3 days prior to arrival for a refund of the deposit.
- Any unused portion of the package is non-refundable.
Resort Fees
The daily resort fee of $21 per room includes enhanced amenities and two welcome cocktails, bottled water, Shores S'mores Kit, in-room coffee and tea, morning beach yoga classes, 24-hour access to DVD library, pool towels, in-room coffee and tea, turndown service (upon request) and access to the community center (bocce ball, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard). Fitness and business center access is included, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the resort.
Tax is an additional 12.5%. Self-parking is $17.00 and valet is $23.00.
Pet Policies & Fees
Only cats and dogs, up to two and weighing up to 50 pounds each, are permitted in pet-friendly rooms at The Shores Resort & Spa; exotic animals and snakes are not allowed.
- Persons staying with pets are invited in designated pet-friendly rooms only, subject to availability. To ensure availability or make special requests, please contact prior to booking.
- A refundable deposit of $250 will be assessed at check-in, while a daily pet fee of $75 per room will be applied and includes: pet bed, treats, and food and water dishes/bowls.
- Pets in a carrier or on a leash are permitted in the hotel lobby, corridors, and elevators.
- Pets are NOT permitted in meeting spaces, restaurants and bars, any area of the pool deck, or on any public beach in Daytona Beach.
- Pets may be walked at Frank Rendon Park, located adjacent to the resort; for additional pet-friendly parks and grooming facilities, please contact our concierge.
- Pets must be supervised while outside of guest rooms at all times.
- Owners MUST be present and preferably crate pets while Housekeeping arrives to clean the room. Housekeeping will not clean a pet-occupied room without the owner present.
