Terms
Deposit Policy:
1-night room rate is charged at the time of the reservation. Modifications of arrival/departure dates are subject to property policies and approval.
Cancellation Policy:
An official form of identification will be required at check-in. Your accommodation has been guaranteed by credit card. Please be informed that should a change or cancellation become necessary, we must be informed by 4:00 pm 3 days prior to the day of your arrival in order to avoid a charge equivalent to one (1) night's accommodation. Equally, if the departure date is to be earlier than confirmed, the same notice is required. A deposit equal to the full amount of your stay plus tax will be applied to your credit card 72 hours prior to arrival.
Guarantee Policy:
Reservation must be confirmed with a valid major credit card to guarantee the reservation.
General Policies:
- Taxes and fees are subject to change
- Check-in is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am
- The Sanctuary Beach Resort reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under any other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error, even where such mistake or error is a result of the hotel’s own error, fault, or negligence.
- At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change.
- If you use a debit/credit card to check-in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer. Your card may also be charged for any damages caused by you during your stay.
- Modifications to dates of stay, room type and guests per room confirmed will be subject to current pricing of the new selection, which may be different than previously confirmed rates. Taxes are subject to change based on the dates of stay.
