Deposit policy
- Credit card on reservation and pre-authorization of one night stay; full prepayment 7 nights before arrival for all guest rooms and 14 nights for all the suites (Elixir pool retreat included)
Cancellation policy
- Guestrooms: Cancellation/amendment free of penalty will be accepted if notified 7 days (by 12:00 noon local time) prior to arrival or full charges will apply
- Suites: Cancellation/amendment free of penalty will be accepted if notified 14 days (by 12:00 noon local time) prior to arrival or full charges will apply
