We are currently launching our website platform and seeking a world-class JavaScript
developer to support our user management systems, business analytics, and general
application functions. The scope will encompass—creating backend personalization systems—including ML tools, connecting systems with various API interfaces, and architecting our database.

To be successful in the role, you be able to initiate, execute & complete projects of high
importance. You’ll deliver clean, efficient, and well-documented code with strict adherence to best practice standards. Data validity, accuracy, and security are at the heart of what we do and we are looking for a leader who can structure, protect & leverage our data.

Looking for a candidate with knowledge and demonstrated application of best practices of the following:

  • Back-end JavaScript and/or TypeScript, and PHP
  • Data management & analysis
  • RESTful API creation guided by best practices
  • Command Line mastery Git, Linux, etc.

Preference given to candidates who have experience with:

  • Node.js
  • Front-end JavaScript frameworks, such as: Next.js, React, AngularJS, Vue.js
  • Content Management Systems, such as: WordPress & Joomla
  • Databases, such as: MySQL, MS SQL, or MongoDB
  • AWS services, such as: Lambda, S3, Personalize, Kinesis, AppFlow
  • Virtual server environments
  • Unit testing and/or integration testing
Overall Experience and Competencies:
  • 3+ years backend JavaScript development
  • 5+ years web application and software development
  • Demonstrated excellence in developing interfaces & tools that exceed client
    expectations
