What We Love

Close to urban life but worlds apart, there are no trains or noisy highways here—just the soothing river and canvas tents to glamp the night away. REO features one kilometer of private riverfront with mountain, forest, canyon and river views. Enjoy the sound of rushing rapids, a private beach, hiking trails, hot tub, campfire area, volleyball, stargazing, three outdoor yoga shalas AND a hammock garden. For a "glampground" the food is delicious. Breakfast is always hearty and made fresh each morning. Dinner entrées offer a tempting variety including salads and at least one vegetarian option. At night while you unwind to the crackle and magic of the campfire, roast a marshmallow or two.

What's not to like about REO Rafting? Your all-inclusive Vacayou options include:

  • Accommodations under the stars in spacious canvas glamping tents with modern amenities
  • Three homestyle meals per day plus a beverage bar
  • A balanced activity roster between adrenaline (whitewater rafting) and zen (outdoor yoga)
  • No better place to relax, practice yoga and experience the Canadian outdoors
  • A family-owned and operated business

Experience

REO offers guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in nature and escape the hustle-bustle of city life. Favorite resort features include the sound of the rushing rapids, a hot tub, private beach, star gazing stage, three outdoor yoga shalas and a hammock garden! The cozy glamping tents are perched just meters above the rapids and have been a part of the resort for 29 years; evolving from their humble beginnings as an alternative for “campers” who didn’t have their own tent, to decorative rooms with private seating on riverside decks. Enjoy wholesome meals overlooking the river, prepared from the energetic and hard-working kitchen. Your days here are well-spent outdoors engaging with family, friends, the staff and even some wildlife! After a day of activities, you can unwind with campfire storytelling, a soak in the hot tub, an aromatherapy massage or entertaining live music.
