An impressive international roster of trainers continually improve the fitness routines. There are multiple classes to choose from so beginners and advanced athletes alike are welcome. Classes on Monday to Friday include but are not limited to CrossFit, Yoga, Metacon/ Body 360, boxing, core smash workouts, Tabata, High-intensity interval training, Battle Workouts, Booty Core and Circuit Training.
Classes can change depending on the roster of trainers that week and weather conditions. Also as part of the training, we also include a Crossfit membership so you can do sessions at a local crossfit box as well. Everything is there to help you achieve your goals.
With constantly varied programming, you will rarely do the same workout. You will never have to program your workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a workout will be provided for you that suits your fitness level.
On arrival in Denpasar, you will be picked up at the airport and transferred you to your accommodation. The journey is short — approximately 40 Minutes. We recommend a Sunday arrival although we can be flexible.
On the first day of your training, a rep will give you a full introduction, introduce you to the trainers, show you around the camp and talk you through the training timetable.
Everything is made easy for you, allowing you to just focus on having a great time, getting fit and having a great holiday.
On Monday morning prior to starting your training, you will meet a client services representative. Details of who this will be will be in your pre-departure pack issued prior to arrival. The representative will give you a tour all of the training facilities, introduce you to your trainers and the rest of the group.
Usually even the most nervous of travelers have been quickly welcomed and felt part of the group very quickly. You will feel right at home, so do not worry about travelling alone as everyone is there for you.
We recommend you join us for four weeks at the Bali fitness boot camp to get the most out of your time. Many people are constrained by how much time they have off work, so most people go for two weeks. You can get a 30 day Visa for Bali fairly easily, if you wish to stay up to 8 weeks you will need to extend your Visa.

Training hard and efficiently is only one factor that goes into delivering great results. What you put into your body is arguably even more important. One of the great things about the Bali fitness bootcamp, is the healthy meals to really complement your fitness training goals. Nutritionists have been involved in the creation of a delicious healthy eating menu which is included in your program.

Most people opt for the Pro option. This is a property of 8 dorms with a mixed set up of 2 to 4 beds and en-suite bathrooms. The resort also has an onsite training area and yoga deck where most of the 4 pm sessions take place.
It is also a haven of relaxation when you are not training. Equipped with a refreshing pool it is the place to hang out with other bootcamp guests. It is the social hub of the camp and is a great place to meet others.
Due to the nature of the fitness camp, people do not tend to have late-night the resort. You will be exhausted! So you can expect to get a good nights sleep in an air-conditioned room. Brand-new beds have luxurious American-style mattresses to ensure you get a good nights sleep. You can store your possessions in lockable trunks under the beds.
Return airport transfer is not included. This can be arranged on the ground and will cost approximately $13 in a taxi.
Where is the camp?
The camp is located in Canggu in Bali, about a 45 min drive from Denpasar airport. Canggu is a hip and happening area a few miles above Seminyak. It’s a real surfers’ district right on the beach with lots of healthy food boutique restaurants, cool beach clubs and nice shops nearby. The accommodation is just outside town surrounded by rice paddies but close to the action. The training facility is next door to the accommodation. Next to that is Bali’s biggest CrossFit Box, run by the best fitness and CrossFit trainers. Both gyms have training equipment available for you to use at any time during the day.
How do I get there?
Arrange your flight into Bali Denpasar airport. You will be picked up from the airport at the exit to arrivals. There will be a representative there with a sign with their name on it.
What must I bring?
Guests should bring suitable training gear such as trainers, a couple of shorts, sports bras for the girls, and training tops. 3 quarter shorts are great to work out. Bring about 3 sets of workout outfits. We advise bringing a beach towel as well as a towel for the gym and a water bottle which you can fill for free at the accommodation. And do not forget your swim shorts/bikini. Bring light clothing for the evenings, it’s hot and humid in Bali.
Can I come alone?
YES! About 85% of people do this trip as a solo traveler. It’s a very sociable environment at the camp and you will make friends very quickly. You can also meet people online before you even leave home through an online buddy system (via Facebook) and you will all receive a number to be in the Whatsapp group before you arrive as well.
Will there be down time from training?
Plenty — you can head to the beaches, beach clubs, amazing viewpoints and look outs. Or go on temple visits, climb volcanoes or surf. Visit Ubud or shop in Kuta or Seminyak. Canggu is a fun place to hang out and offers
everything for an awesome holiday.
What is the normal demographic split?
Probably 70% women 30% men. Both sexes tend to have different goals and motivations about booking the camp as well. With women it’s usually about toning up, weight loss and body confidence. With men it’s usually more about strength and conditioning training. Not exclusively, there are people who join for all reasons. The important thing to consider is everyone is catered for at the Bootcamp and people’s goals might change throughout their stay.
