And once again, it appears this will continue to be a major wellness trend for the years to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But as is common within the wellness industry, change is constant. Generally speaking, HIIT programs should get one\u2019s maximum heart rate up to 80 percent or more of its maximum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is then performed for one to five minutes followed by a reduced level of activity for about twice the time.
