Eat, Sleep, Dive
Imagine waking up each morning with a dive deck at your doorstep. Sometimes the only way to reach remote spots is by way of a liveaboard, which is a scuba-diving purposely-built boat. Trips last on average of seven nights so there’s plenty of time to brush up on diving skills. Liveaboard boats offer a place to set up gear and divemasters are always on hand to guide the expeditions.
Water Therapy
Contrary to being an adrenaline-boosting sport, diving actually offers numerous health benefits. Swimming and diving through water not only strengthens the legs but builds up core strength, too. One of the best health benefits of diving is learning controlled breathing exercises. When diving, breathing tends to be slow and deep, which is similar to the inhaling and exhaling practice while meditating.
